Is it normal for property management to withhold tenant names from landlord?

I received an anonymous letter from someone in my tri-plex stating that a tenant is playing loud music. That the place smells like pot, and that even the cops were called once because of domestic violence. And that my property management company hasn’t helped them at all.

Sounds to me like it is time for you to go visit the tenants in person. And yes, if you are the Landlord, the property management company should provide you the tenant’s information when you request it.
