Any idea on when then new 15k tax credit for home buyers will be effective?
I heard if the bill is passed in the house, it will be effective from the date of enactment. Is that true and if so what does this mean? What are effective dates for this 15k credit?
It is back on the floor and will extend the credit for 1 year. It also lifts many restrictions that are now on the $8,000 one. GA Senator Isakson sponsored it. If I bought one recently and only got the $8,000 and now othere will get $15,000, I would be po’d. but it is great for investors.
