
What can I do to find a home that’s affordable? It could even be a “fixer upper”?
We are looking for a place (home) that will allow pets; especially dogs.
If you are in the United States, you can check out http://www.USHUD.gov to look at homes that have been foreclosed on. They are usually VERY cheap. The first house I bought was a foreclosure. It was a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home on an acre of land and I got it for under $80,000.
